Loughborough:

Tenancies will run from Saturday, 21st June 2008 until Friday 19th June, 2009.

Rents will be between £59 to £72 per week inclusive of water rates and personal insurance – to this you need to add £6 towards gas and electricity returnable at the end of the year if you have not spent it all.

The total amount is payable in 4 varying installments on June 21st 2008, October 10th 2008, January 12th 2008 and April 27th 2008.

On signing I will ask for a £150 returnable deposit and a post-dated cheque for the first installment so it is ready for me to pay in on June 21st, 2008

Nottingham:

Tenancies will run from Sunday 1st July, 2008 until Monday 30th June, 2009.

Rents will be between £67 to £80 a week inclusive of water rates and personal insurance – again to this you need to add £6 towards gas and electricity returnable at the end of the year if you have not spent it all. There will be half rent for the first 8 weeks of the tenancy. View a tenancy agreement here

The usual signing up process is as follows: I will show you round 2 or 3 suitable houses and if you like one in particular I will hold it for you for 48 hours while you check through contracts and talk to parents etc. as long as we make a provisional meeting at the same time to actually sign. If during the holding period you decide you do not want my house after all you can simply ring up and cancel the meeting - I will not be offended

When we meet for signing you must have the deposit and cheque for first instalment ready for me then – I cannot complete a tenancy without them.
