Prices for the academic year 2010 –2011:

Loughborough:

Tenancies will run from Saturday, 19th June 2010 until Friday 18th June, 2011

Rents will be between £62 and £74 per week inclusive of water rates and personal insurance - to this you need to add £8 towards gas and electricity returnable at the end of the year if you have not spent it all.

The total amount is payable in 4 varying instalments on June 19th 2010, October 6th 2010, January 17th 2011 and May 3rd 2011.

On signing I will ask for a £100 returnable deposit and we will get in touch you with just before each of the other dates to arrange payment.

Nottingham:

Nottingham: Tenancies will run from 1st July 2010 until 30th June, 2011

Rents will be between £72 and £86 per week inclusive of water rates and personal insurance – again to this you need to add £6 towards gas and electricity returnable at the end of the year if you have not spent it all. There will be half rent for the first 8 weeks of the tenancy.

On signing I will ask for a £100 returnable deposit and a post-dated cheque for the first rental installment so it is ready for me to pay in on July 1st, 2009

The usual signing up process is as follows: I will show you round 2 or 3 suitable houses and if you like one in particular I will hold it for you for 48 hours while you check through contracts and talk to parents etc. as long as we make a provisional meeting at the same time to actually sign. If during the holding period you decide you do not want my house after all you can simply ring up and cancel the meeting - I will not be offended.

When we meet to sign the contract you must have the deposit ready for me then - I cannot complete the tenancy without them.
