• Houses for 3-7 people; many houses are literally next door to each other and can offer an extremely desirable option for larger groups of 20+

• All our bedrooms are a generous double bed size

• All our houses are attractively decorated with Ikea furniture

• All houses have your security in mind with 5 lever locks and Yale latches on each entry door and most have burglar alarms. Alley-ways are fitted with automatic security lights and we are available 24 hours in an emergency.

• We include water rates and personal possessions insurance through Endsleigh Insurance
(go to www.blockhalls.co.uk to see details) to the value of £5,000 per tenant – this can cost over £300 in Nottingham if you organise it yourself

• We ask for a £8 per person per week contribution towards gas and electricity and then pay the bills ourselves – we will refund any surplus at the end of your contract. Groups whose total bills are over the specified amount will have to cover the difference. We will provide students with copies of all bills so you know how much you are using. • All houses are double glazed with modern hot water and central heating systems with additional electric showers.

• All kitchens are well-equipped with large fridge freezers, clean cookers, washer dryers and many have dishwashers.

• All bedrooms have hardwired network points; many houses have tv distribution systems to each bedroom also.

• Gas and electrical safety is kept fully tested and up to date with the correct relavnt authorities and test certificates are supplied as required by law.

• All houses equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide monoxide alarms and fire blankets in kitchens

• A small returnable damage deposit of £100 is all we require from you when signing the tenancy agreement.
